It would be ideal if the hotel could improve their English language proficiency among the staff members to provide better communication for international guests.

Hotel Garuda Binjai was very good in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The facilities were great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the convenient parking options available, easy for us to explore the city without worrying about our car.

Spent my xmas holiday at a resort near the bustling city and it was a great choice. the resort had beautiful surroundings and great outdoor amenities such as a pool and a picnic area. the room was spacious and had all necessary amenities including Wi-Fi. the resort's proximity to the city and to local attractions made it a breeze to get around and explore.
The resort had its downsides too. the staff struggled to communicate in English which made it difficult to get answers to some questions.

The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center, which made our stay enjoyable. the hotel had a convenient location close to popular attractions and restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the area during our romantic escape. the attentive staff provided excellent service, making sure that all our needs were met throughout our stay.
We encountered a few disappointments during our stay. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to our expectations, with dirty bathrooms and stains on the furniture.
